From the video, you can see me (Tania) introducing our members, dishes we picked and how we normally eat beef wrapped by lettuces, a really traditional way in Korea. Last but not least, the idea of how to take the whole video is generated by Gavin and Jessica, two of our bloggers. For the final edit of the video, Anhao made a lot of effort on it as he has to find a suitable background music, also put the intro and ending for the whole clip.

The whole video mainly focus on how we cook, eat and having fun with really delicious Korean BBQ. Anyway hope you enjoy the video and also, the food we ate. Cheers xx

Korean Barbecue in Eastwood!!!

Written by: Tania ManChing Chung

This time I am not going to talk about burger, fries, nor coffees anymore. As a meat-lover and my bestie who is a seafood-lover, we two went to this Korean barbecue restaurant in Eastwood, Sydney.

There is two sets of menu for customers to pick: $45 with majority meat and seafood and $55 with Sashimi. As this is a all-you-can-eat restaurant, both of us did eat a lot of food. As you can see from the photo above, the scallops are really fresh and juicy, and the prawns are full of the taste of sea as well. After having seafood, we ordered plenty of beef since it just so great that you cannot stop having it. The beef thin fingers are not dry but kind of chewy.

Nevertheless, you can see there is a bowl of sweetcorn in both photos since the corns with butter here is really famous and full of butter favor on the grill.

Secondly, Sashimi is more than just seafood, there are Chicken Sashimi called Toriwasa, and also Horse Sashimi called Basashi in Japan.

Anyway, I do not wanna try Horse Sashimi because I do not think it is delicious, LOL.

Anything you want within Mini Spicy Pot

Written by: Tania ManChing Chung

It is summer time in Sydney. Me as a Chinese is always looking for different Spicy cuisine around in Sydney. This time is Mini Chinese Spicy Pot for one or more. As you can see from the picture, there are different food inside that big bowl. No matter you are meat-addicted or a veggie, you can still find what you want in this restaurant. For me, a meat-lover, I pick beef meatball, coagulated pork-blood (traditional Chinese food), fish ball,  fish cake, and for sure a bit of veggie stuff. The most lovely food I love is the konjak as it is zero-calorie and really chewy.

Talking for plenty of food choices, the main reason I introduce this to you is the special home-made chili oil by the shop owner. It is not just hot like your mouth is burning, instead your mouth and also your tongue is paralyzing.

Go and find around Sydney, I bet you will find one similar and addict to it.

Afternoon tea? A pancake please :)

Written by: Jessica

If you ask  Sydneysiders what is the most famous desert in Sydney, most of them will tell you : The pancake!

From the point of view of a foreigner, I always confusing waffle and pancake, because they are all cake+fruit+ice cream, but this time after eat both of them, I found pancake is more soft and not too sweet, Waffle is more traditional but it adds too much sugar, so for healthy, pancake is the winner.

Pancake made by flour, evaporated milk, ice cream, fresh fruit and jam, flour and ice cream are the most important factor depend a pancake good or bad. A great pancake is fragrant and sweet, when you use knife touch it, the aroma of hot fills your nostrils, fresh fruit juice enough to balance the sweet, whatever, if you wanna a relax and healthy afternoon, just choose the pancake as your afternoon tea!

Life with burger and fries

Written by: Tania ManChing Chung

Looking for tasty burger and crispy fries, you must come to Flower Child Cafe. The cafe has a wide range of food for you to pick and the coffee here is just amazing. The Aussie Burger with juicy beef steak and cooked beetroot inside. Also, some rocket and soured cream sauce to make the burger a little bit more chewy and juicy. No matter when and where, an Aussie Burger is a must for everyone to pick. The other burger we pick is the Brekkie Burger with scrambled egg and crispy bacon. The Brekkie Burger has tartar sauce and a bit of red onion that you would feel too oily with every bite.

If you are a burger lover, you will definitely go and visit this place with your beloved.
