Nevertheless what makes it different it that you can feel the sour flavor, which is caused by haw apples and the succulent taste of watermelons. Furthermore, it smells good as a consequence of the rose petals.Come and just try it at Black Star located in New Town.

The side dish tastes very good, like fried onion, chips and grilled bread. I like the fried onion and BBQ mushroom so much, and it is worthy to try. The steak comes out with the sundry sauces you like, like BBQ and tomato, but I think the best option is Chimichurri sauces, it is beautiful with T-bone. This is not the advertising, and hope you to try it, it worth.

Written by: Anhao Wang

Sichuan Cuisine as one of the most influential and well-known Chinese styles of cooking can also found in Sydney!

Sichuan Cuisine is a style of Chinese cuisine originating in Sichuan Province of southwestern China famed for bold flavors, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting from use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the the unique flavor of the Sichuan peppercorn. Some Sichuan restaurant in Sydney also bring lots of special and domestic spice from China to get a traditional flavor of Sichuan cuisine.

Kung Pao Chicken, Braised Egg plant and Bean source tofu are three the most common dishes for Sydeny's dinners which are new to Sichuan cuisine. I found not so many people like Sichuan hotpot. I just wanna say hotpot is the quintessence of Sichuan culture.

Random coffee break in CBD

Written by: Tania ManChing Chung

I am so addicted to coffee and cannot stand a day without it. Due to the reason as a coffee lover, I always randomly pop into a new coffee shop to enjoy a break during day time. Here is a café named Skittle Lane Coffee which me and my friend picked, the café has majority popular hot beverages and sandwiches for customers to choose. The fragrance and flavours released from the coffee is rich and absolutely attracts my sense of smell. We both ordered a cup of coffee and a sandwich. The total impression of the coffee did amazed us as both of the coffee have a well-balanced flavour that play in harmony and mutual complement each element.

Other than coffee, we do ordered two different sandwiches. The mouth-watering toasted sourdough bread with avocado spread is catching my taste buds, the smoothy avocado spread with some raw pink salt and cheese bites are matching so well. For the white toastie with ham and cheese, the melted cheese inside is not salty and kind of flooding out when you have the first bite.

There are quite a lot of different cafes around Sydney, and hope you all do enjoy this blog and go to find good food around together.
